Overview of this Course

Students need to gather basic knowledge and skill on the special yarn manufacturingtechnology as well as different special yarns such as Slub yarn, Siro yarn, Melange yarn,Core yarn, Air Covered Yarn, Textured Yarn, Chenille Yarn, Marled Yarn, Corkscrew Yarn,Knot Yarn, Inject Yarn, Electrospun Yarn etc. Fundamental knowledge and skills are prerequisite for further study and related technologies. This course outlines the overview of special yarn production.
