  • #Professional Communication Guidelines

    Dear Respected Colleagues,
Over the years, DPI has achieved remarkable growth through teamwork, ownership, and effective execution.

As we continue this journey, every team member is expected to take greater ownership of assigned responsibilities, communicate with the right person, make timely decisions, and complete work professionally.
By reducing unnecessary communication, following the reporting structure, making effective use of our ERP system, and focusing on solutions rather than unnecessary escalation, we can significantly improve our productivity and institutional performance.

Let us work together to build a culture where:
    • Every employee takes ownership
    • Every supervisor provides solutions
    • Every department works collaboratively
    • Every task reaches completion on time
    • Every communication adds value

Recently, the Honorable CEO Sir's Office issued a central communication guideline for all Daffodil Group institutions. Based on that guideline, together with DPI's operational requirements and practical experience, this Internal Communication & Work Execution Guideline has been developed to establish a more effective communication and execution culture at DPI.

All the respected team members and employees are requested to follow this guideline with immediate effect. This guideline shall remain effective until further instructions from the honorable CEO Sir's Office.
Together, let us communicate smarter, decide faster, and execute better.

  • # Celebrating students for their outstanding contributions and achievements.

    Dear Respected Faculty Members,
Earlier, the Computer Department proposed recognizing and celebrating students for their outstanding contributions and achievements.
At that time, I paused for the CST department & I thought this would be celebrated centrally from DPI. Unfortunately, I somehow missed it; I am sorry.

As the Textile Department's examinations have already started, now not possible to organize centrally from DPI. Its look odd, but individual departments can implement.

I would like to thank both the Computer Department for initiating the idea and the Electrical Department for bringing it up again.

I request all departments to implement this initiative within this month. For better understanding & discussion, please communicate with the Computer/Electrical Team (Farhad Sir, Shourav Sir & Soma Madam) if needed.
