  Dear Respected Team Members,
  Assalamu Alaikum.
  This morning, we discussed and planned the following tasks with assigned responsibilities. I kindly request everyone to complete their respective tasks within the given deadlines and update the progress accordingly.

  Today’s activities for increasing class attendance & dues collection policy:
  1. Guardian Phone call by today from the Guide Teacher. Responsible for all Guide Teachers.
  1.1 Phone call monitoring- Checked by HoD/Supervisor
  2. Re-Midterm Exam date shifted to 10 May 2026.
  2.1 Notice tomorrow (08:30 AM). Responsible- Mr. Atik
  2.2 WhatsApp SMS (08:30 AM). Responsible- Mr. Sihan
  3. Notice- Students' WhatsApp Group for payment/ dues collection. Responsible- Mr. Atik
  4. Accounts sheet: update the remainder payment by today- Ms. Sathi & Mr. Uzzal
  5. Smart Edu’s “Accounts Module” update communication & physical visit with Mr. Imran & Mr. Shahajal (if needed) & email. – Mr. Atikh, Mr. Uzzal & Mr. Munna.
  6. Get ready & talk to Mr. Imran to shift module 14 to 18 with database backup.- Mr. Atik
