Smart Edu Task List for Automation

Dear Team,
We sincerely appreciate your efforts toward implementing automation within your organization. However, we would like to bring the following observation regarding the SmartEdu System to your kind attention.

1) Task status has remained in “Ongoing” for a long time without updates
(2) Task descriptions are missing
(3) Google Drive links with the required background data have not been added
(4) Time allocation for this task has not been provided
(5) Timesheet entries have not been added
(6) No communication has been found in the Send Message or Log Note

Please update and resolve these items for should tell each of your team members to include the points given above in each task list.
