Students of Diploma in Architecture must acquire basic knowledge about Interior design and
drawing. They also required basic knowledge of other related fields for self-development to
updated the latest technology.
After successfully completing this course students will be able to identify the function of interior
design is convert to design data into construction information. Interior design contributes to
both mental and physical health. The focus of interior designing is not only to design a new
Commercial Space i.e. restaurant or office but also to ensure that it accommodates one and all.
The subject provides and transmit a complete, faithful and accurate graphic depiction of the
interior design concept to scale.
They will be able to verify fundamental of this entire process is a working knowledge. Good
interior design plays a significant role in creating comfortable living or working environments.
A well-designed space can greatly enhance the overall comfort and satisfaction of its occupants.
This course has been given more emphasis on practical aspect rather than theory in teaching
learning approach.
